1. 適用
本規約は、iPhone向けアプリケーション「Todia」（以下「本アプリ」）および関連するWebサイト、認証、クラウド機能の利用に適用されます。利用者は、本規約とプライバシーポリシーを確認し、同意した場合にクラウド機能を利用できます。同意しない場合も、提供可能な端末内機能は利用できます。
2. サービス内容
本アプリは、予定、To Do、通知、Chat、告知画像、カレンダー共有、共同To Doなどの機能を提供します。通常の予定、To Do、Chat履歴などは原則として端末内に保存されます。認証、権利管理、利用量管理、共有その他の明示された機能ではクラウドサービスを利用します。共同To Doとして指定したリストとタスクは、参加メンバー間の編集を同期するため当社バックエンドへ保存されます。
3. アカウントと認証
本アプリは初回利用時にFirebase匿名アカウントを作成し、利用者の選択によりGoogleその他の対応する認証方法へ連携できます。利用者は認証可能な端末と連携アカウントを適切に管理してください。他人の認証情報を利用してはなりません。
4. 外部サービス
Firebase、Google Sign-In、Gmail、Groq、Geminiその他の外部サービスを利用する場合、各事業者の規約とプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。外部サービスの停止、仕様変更、利用制限により本アプリの一部が利用できない場合があります。
5. AI機能
AIの回答や生成物には誤り、不完全な内容、不適切な提案が含まれる場合があります。利用者は内容を確認し、自らの判断と責任で利用してください。本アプリは、予定・タスクの追加、メモ追記、Gmail下書きなどの重要な操作について、確定前の確認を求めます。
6. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に反する利用
- 第三者の権利、プライバシーまたは知的財産を侵害する利用
- 不正アクセス、認証回避、過度な負荷、解析または妨害
- 共有token、認証情報、APIキーを権限なく取得または公開する行為
- 本アプリまたは外部サービスの利用条件に違反する行為
7. 利用者のデータ
利用者が入力した内容の権利は利用者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、本アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲で当社および委託先が情報を処理すること、共同To Doへ入力した内容を参加メンバーへ提供することを許諾します。共有する内容と相手を確認し、必要な権利を有する情報だけを入力してください。情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。
8. 削除と利用終了
共同To Doのownerはリストを全メンバーから削除でき、editorは退出できます。利用者はアプリ内から取消不可のクラウドアカウント削除を要求できます。受付後、認証情報、バックエンド利用者情報、利用者が公開したカレンダー共有用コピー、利用者が所有する共同To Doを非同期に削除し、一時的な失敗時は再試行します。端末内データ、写真へ保存した画像、受信者が既に取り込んだカレンダー共有コピー、オフライン端末に一時的に残る共同To Doのコピー、法令上保持が必要な匿名化済み記録は自動的または直ちに削除されない場合があります。端末内データは各機能またはアプリ削除により管理してください。
9. 変更、中断および終了
当社は、保守、セキュリティ、法令対応、外部サービスの変更その他必要な場合に、本アプリの全部または一部を変更、中断または終了できます。重要な変更は合理的な方法で案内します。
10. 免責と責任制限
当社は、本アプリが常に利用可能であること、誤りがないこと、特定目的に適合することを保証しません。ただし、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限が認められない場合はこの限りではありません。当社の故意または重過失を除き、責任は通常かつ直接の損害の範囲に限られます。
11. 準拠法と裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争については、法令で別段の定めがある場合を除き、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の合意管轄裁判所とします。
12. 規約の変更
当社は、変更内容と効力発生日をWebサイトまたは本アプリ内で案内したうえで本規約を変更できます。重要な変更については、クラウド機能を継続利用する前に改めて同意を求める場合があります。
1. Application
These Terms apply to the Todia iPhone application (the “App”) and its related website, authentication, and cloud features. You may use cloud features after reviewing and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Available on-device features remain usable if you do not accept them.
2. Service
The App provides calendar, to-do, notification, Chat, announcement-image, calendar-sharing, and shared-to-do features. Ordinary events, to-dos, and Chat history are generally stored on your device. Authentication, entitlement, usage, sharing, and other clearly identified features use cloud services. Lists and tasks you designate as shared to-dos are stored on our backend to synchronize edits among participating members.
3. Accounts and authentication
The App creates an anonymous Firebase account on first use. At your option, it may be linked to Google or another supported sign-in method. You are responsible for securing your devices and linked accounts and must not use another person’s credentials.
4. Third-party services
Firebase, Google Sign-In, Gmail, Groq, Gemini, and other third-party services are also governed by their providers’ terms and privacy policies. Parts of the App may become unavailable due to outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by those providers.
5. AI features
AI responses and generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review them and use your own judgment. The App requires confirmation before finalizing important actions such as adding events or tasks, appending notes, or creating Gmail drafts.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal or seriously improper use
- Infringement of third-party rights, privacy, or intellectual property
- Unauthorized access, authentication bypass, excessive load, interference, or abusive analysis
- Unauthorized acquisition or disclosure of share tokens, credentials, or API keys
- Violation of the App’s or a third-party service’s conditions
7. Your data
You or the applicable rights holder retain rights in content you enter. You permit us and our processors to handle information only as necessary to provide the App and to provide content entered in a shared to-do to participating members. Confirm what and with whom you share, and enter only information you are authorized to share. Information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
8. Deletion and termination
A shared-to-do owner may delete the list for all members, and an editor may leave it. You may submit an irreversible cloud-account deletion request in the App. After acceptance, authentication data, backend user data, calendar-share snapshots you published, and shared to-dos you own are deleted asynchronously, with temporary failures retried. On-device data, images saved to Photos, calendar copies already imported by recipients, shared-to-do copies temporarily retained on offline devices, and anonymized records that must be retained by law may not be removed automatically or immediately. Manage on-device data through the relevant features or by deleting the App.
9. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App for maintenance, security, legal compliance, third-party changes, or other reasonable needs. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. Except for intent or gross negligence, liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes concerning the App will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business as the agreed court of first instance.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms after announcing the change and effective date on the website or in the App. We may require renewed consent before continued use of cloud features after a material change.
